Hikari Takahara
Dr. Hikari Takahara is an application scientist for XRF and TXRF at Rigaku corporation, Japan. She graduated from Kobe University in 1995. She was involved in research and development projects on lithium ion batteries at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) (1998-2004). She was belonging to Technos Co., Ltd. as an application scientist of TXRF for semiconductor wafer analysis (2004-2009). She has been working at application laboratory of X-ray instruments in Rigaku Corporation since 2009. She received her Ph.D. in electrical engineering on spectrochemistry for lithium ion battery electrode materials at University of Hyogo, Japan in 2014. She is a member of ISO/TC201/SC10/WG1 for XRR and XRF Analysis. She is author of 20 original papers and her interests lies in spectroscopic analysis for inorganic materials, environmental science and energy industry.
